The Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Program (SPREP) call for tenders from qualified and experienced international consultants who can offer services over a twelve month period as a Climate Change consultant to both the Nansen Initiative and SPREP, focusing on issues relating to the impact of climate change and adaptation, human migration and mobility.
The due date for submission of tender is 30 January 2014.
